Service
QuantBotly provides market data APIs subject to plan limits published on the pricing page. We may modify endpoints, limits, or features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Accounts & API keys
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys. Do not share keys or resell data except as permitted by your plan. Abuse, scraping beyond limits, or circumvention of rate limits may result in suspension.
Payments & subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled per your membership account. Fees are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow our published billing policy unless required by law.
Data disclaimer
Market data is provided for informational purposes only, not investment advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantBotly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
Either party may terminate per account settings. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
